In what way have you come to know Jesus better through the breaking of the bread at Eucharist?

Not having the opportunity to break bread with my St. Charles community has taught me not to take it for granted. I miss everyone a great deal, especially when we gather for Eucharist. And I yearn for the day when we break bread together again
