• A volunteer will call you back as quickly as possible, but no later than 48 hours.
• Please be prepared to provide the following information:
  • For Rent Assistance:
    1. Landlord/Property Manager Name
    2. Landlord/Property Manager Phone Number
    3. Dollar amount requested
  • For Utilities Assistance:
    1. Utility Company Name
    2. Client Account Number
    3. Dollar amount requested
