Sunday Page

Welcome to the Sunday Page. Here you will find nearly everything you would ordinarily find when attending Sunday Mass.
Join us for Mass. 5:00 pm Saturday and 10:00 am Sunday. Both services available on Zoom.
The Zoom link for worship is always: https://zoom.us/j/98155735623 or dial in by phone 253-215-8782, Meeting ID: 981 5573 5623.
5th Sunday of Lent
Theme: With the raising of Lazarus, Jesus made believers of those in the crowd. He showed that death does not have the last word and that “everyone who lives and believes in me will never die.” In our baptism and in our efforts to live in the loving spirit of Christ, we have been given the promise of that eternal life.

Sunday Prayer

Let us bring to the Lord the places in our lives that are in need.

Lord Jesus, you call each of us from doubt to faith: Lord, have mercy.
Christ Jesus, you call each of us from sin to repentance: Christ, have mercy.
Lord Jesus, you call each of us from death to life: Lord, have mercy.

Intercessions

With faith and belief we bring our needs before the Lord.

That the spirit of faith in Christ fully open the minds and hearts of all in the church to follow the mission for which Jesus lived and died. We pray. . . O God, hear our prayer.

That respect and kindness influence the dialogue and behavior throughout society, especially among those in positions of leadership. We pray. . . O God, hear our prayer.

For all those preparing for Easter sacraments, and for their catechists. We pray. . . O God, hear our prayer.

For those mourning the loss of a loved one, that they may know the comfort and care of Jesus. We pray. . . O God, hear our prayer.

For strength for us all to maintain our Lenten commitments and promises. We pray. . . O God, hear our prayer.

For good health for all in our parish community, for all who have asked for our prayers and remembrances of loved ones now in eternal life. We pray. . . O God, hear our prayer.

O God of everlasting life, please hear and grant these prayers we ask through your loving Son, Christ our Lord.  Amen.

Act of Spiritual Communion

My Jesus, I believe that you are present in the Most Holy Sacrament. I love you above all things and I desire to receive you in my soul. Since I cannot at this moment receive you sacramentally, Come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace you as if you were already there and unite myself wholly to you. Never permit me to be separated from you. Amen.
